What materials are used in Cook With Willow cookware?
We prioritize health and durability. Our collections feature professional-grade stainless steel, non-toxic ceramic coatings, and sustainably sourced acacia wood handles, all 100% free from PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Love it or Return it' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are your products dishwasher and oven safe?
Most of our stainless steel and ceramic items are oven safe up to 450°F. While many pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to preserve the finish and longevity of the non-stick surfaces.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cook With Willow ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
